Well, was always in great shape through my teens, 20's about 115lbs. and athletic. Moved back to Maine from Boston and my lifestyle changed a lot. I found the love of my life (now my husband) and gained a TON of weight from eating anything I wanted and no longer being active. I have gone from a size 4 to an 18 since 2000. I have tried a few other programs such as Atkins, South Beach (all half hearted) and lost and gained. I am now the heaviest ever!! Since I would like to have a baby in the future, I decided that now is the time. After researching this program, I need something structured and am ready to commit to a sincere lifestyle change.
