I just LOVE food. Not sweets [except for a little chocolate or cheesecake every month or two]. LOVE steak, potatoes, green beans, BREAD [uh oh], pasta, seafood, etc. I just eat too much of it and hate to exercise. This plan sounds like something I can work with and stick to. It gives me choices in what I eat but limits my portions. Here's sticking to something!
