Think it, See it, Do it ... BE it!
I am a WW lifetime member who has struggled with a slowy creeping increase in weight the last 1 1/2 years - nothing it seemed that I learned previously was working to help me maintain anymore ... I was batteling a weight gain even doing "the right" things and the frustration was having a toll on me psycologically also .. then at last one day it was like a prayer was answered when I saw the infurmurcial for the 6 week bodymakeover and I was hooked. To me this plan takes all that WW taught me and takes it up a notch to a whole new level ... how I look at it now is that I learned how to swim at WW but the 6WMBMO has taught me how to perfect my strokes, so to speak. I had heard of Michael Thurmond from Extreme Makeover and had always wished I could have been like the people on that show to be able to meet him and have him work his magic on me also - and then there it was! ... the answer! - it seemed too good to be true but I said lets do it - nothing to lose right?! (except fat that is) My first week I lost 10 1/4 lbs and I was so inspired that I promptly told all those in ear shot the wonders of this plan - and have currently introduced it to 3 friends who have also begun the plan and received equally remarkable results their first week too. It ended up taking me only 9 weeks to get below my lowest goal I had set - I was on top of the world. The LL stage continues to help me to learn new things about how my body works and I feel confident this time for sure that now I really do have all the tools at my hands to help maintain for a true lifetime now! I just want every one to know this is plan is no fluke! - it really works and the simplicy of it is so mind boggling. Sure it does require effort and determination on your part, however to me that was the easy part. So do your part and you will not be diapointed! Good Luck and welcome to the Club!
