I've been overweight since junior high. Iv'e tried every diet there is with some success but usually gain it back. This sounded like something that would work for me. I started 2 wks ago and have lost 8 lbs. and 10". The exercise part with the bands are sometimes a little difficult due to back and neck problems and not having a door in the right place in my home for some of the exercises. Guess it's time to rearrange the furniture.
