I am 50 y/o and have battled with the weight most of my adult life. I am a short girl, 5'2" so the weight doesnt have anywhere to go but on my stomach and my back side! I have had success in the past with various programs but as with many, it has been hard to keep the weight off. I will be turning the big 5 0 this year and would like to get some weight off before the big day. I have lost approx 20 lb this year already but have been stalled for the past few months and have not lost much. This is of course my own fault due to making bad choices when on vacation, social situations, etc. I am hoping that this plan will help me get another 30 or more pounds off.
