ugg- that beofe picture has got to go. I am going to post after pictures after each 25 pounds. :D Hi! I am Shellie, I live in Grand Junction, Colorado. I started the 6 week body makeover last sunday with a friend from work. I have been heavy most of my adult life, except for the few times I lost 100 pounds, gained it back, lost it gained it back, yoyoyoyouyoyoyoyoyoyoyoyoyoyoyo! When I graduated High school, I weighed 275 pounds. I didn't have much of a social life, until I was about 25 and in college. I basically quit eating. I ate maybe a salad a day, and I lost down to 150. Boy, I really thought I was one hot mama!!!! but you know-- i just couldn't maintain that weight- only a salad a day, it just didn't work. So I kept it off until I was about 30, ended up in a stressful job, and put it all back on. Then in 2001 I weighed 276. I had a rouex en y gastric bypass. I again lost-- oh about 80 pounds. I got down to 195. Then I started gaining again, and I had no idea why. I had not changed my eating habits, I was working out. I gained all the way back up to 267!! I just couldn't seem to lose it. I tried lots of fad diets, but never stayed on them long enough to be effective. I didn't realize it then but I really didn't know how or what to eat unless I starved it off.
