I have learned so much about myself since I began this journey on July 4, 2005. I have learned that I have what it takes to get the excess weight off. I have the determination and the 6WBMO plan! I have learned that this will be a life-long battle and that actually losing the weight is only a small portion of that battle. Keeping it off is the REAL battle. Thankfully, I took control of myself before I had gained all of the weight back and have now returned to the path I need to be on for the rest of my life. I am so greatful to Michael Thurmond and the 6WBMO plan. It has changed my life! I am also eternally thankful for the friendships I have made here on the website. This plan is THE answer! Take that first step and you will find the thin, HEALTHY you that is inside!
