I am a small framed person who has no buisness wieghing this much. I have always exercised and tried to be healthy. I mean 4-6 days a week with my total gym, martial arts untill i got to heavy to feel comfortable in class, I ran, I walked, and worked hard. My families genetic are "obeseity" But I always said it wasn't going to happen to me. I work to hard etc. I was wrong it did happen to me. The only program that ever worked is the Adkins diet and I really didn't like meat so I RATIONALized my way to 164 poun in less tha 7 years. My wieght at 40 was 124. Anyway, I'm on the right track now, I have lost 10 pounds in two weeks, I will try very hard not to give up. My 124 pounds isn't unrealistic. I wish at times it were. So,Here we go. Wish me luck
