I have been over weight all my life. I have tried many ways of losing weight...Many of which were not good. I was going through alot of stress in my life in 2005 and my sister (BF) introduced me to MT 6WBM. I also found out a friend of mine I work out with was also doing the program. The part i love the most is i get to eat all the things I love. It makes so much since the ways it works, because that is how we are wonderfully made. You have to eat to lose! If you don't our body takes care of itself and shuts our metabolism down to hang on to everything it has left. i do have a hard time the more I lose to not exercise too much. Once again you have to eat enough to keep things going. That is why MT says eat more exercise less. I look forward to LL soon, but know this is for life. If i go back to the way I used to eat...I will go back to my old weight. Thank you to all that have supported me on my way!
