I guess that i am killing myself slowly by keeping all this weight around for company, i am diabetic and hypertensive with a heart condition, and currently on 20 tablets a day. There are times when i don't take them because i hate them. My biggest worry is that i won't see my 6 yr old grow up and that scares the heck out of me. So i have decided that it is time that i try. I am from Trindad and Tobago which is in the Caribbean, where carbs are the most consumed food. We love the cassava, dasheen, sweet pototoes, english potatoes, pasta, and rice among others. I know that this will be the biggest challenge that i have face in many years, but i am ready for that challenge. I know that i can achieve this with support from these wonderful people on this program.
