I have been overweight all my life. My weight exploded to 321 lbs a few years ago. In 11/02 I began a weight loss program and got down to 198. I stopped everything in 4/04..no exercise, no diet, nothing. Sadly, gained back 1/2 of the 123 lbs. I lost. I'm starting back on the 6 WBMO 4/8/05 and started exercising again as of 3/5/05. I don't ever want to see those 300's again!
