My name is Tarwana and I am a single mother of two. My mother is doing this program with me also and it really helps alot to have that support, but I have to admit there have been times where I have eaten things I know I should not but my biggest down fall is sweets. I feel bad when I eat the things that I should not eat, but I have to say I am very determind not to fall off and to stay on this plan until I reach my goal weight not only for myself but for my kids also. I use to be small and after I started having kids all of that changed. There are things I would like to do with my kids that I am not able to do right know and I could use all the support I can get.
