aI was chubby at 5 years old. As I grew older, at preteen my Mother had to buy my clothes from the chubette section.
At 18 I started my dieting, have done many programs only to lose a few lbs, stall and lose hope, then moved on to the next "best diet" and so on.
I am a very slow loser. I started this program in 2002 was losing slow, however lost 17lbs and many inches. I really liked what was looking back at me in the mirror even though I had not made goal yet. I then had some major setbacks - family/health hardships, 3 deaths in my family 11 months apart......depression set in and you know what happens.....well for me I lost sight of things, I tried to start over several times to no avail.
I am missing the motivation that I had as a newbie, I need to get it back.
This lifestyle change obviously works so......... I am going to do this and do this right! For my ultimate final goal I would like to be 115-120lbs, however I know that is just a number and I'm not even sure if my body weight could get that low in lbs. I will know when I get there....my body appearence is what matters to me, not a number on the scale, most importantly my health matters...I know muscle weighs more than fat, so as long as I am healthy and comfortable in my own skin I will be content.
I am ready to start fresh and do this!

Okay enough is enough. It is time to get myself together and make this work. No Excuses, No wishing, just commitment & following through with it. This is my year!!!!
