Love this plan. With will power I will reach and maintain my goal. I originally lost 65 lbs. Then life throws me a curveball and I allow myself "comfort food". I must be strong and comfort myself with a nice hot bath or massage or mani/pedi or exercise. Food in excess is not comfortable.
