The structure will get you to goal!

I was always overweight as a child and in high school I did some experimenting between junior and senior year and lost a bunch of weight only to gain it back and then some over the next few years. About 5 yrs ago, I did the Suzanne Somers thing where you seperate carbs from proteins and fats (and boy was there a lot of fat!) and lost 35 pounds only to gain it all back. Around June 2004 my Dr. told me that I was borderline hypertension and may need to go on blood pressure medication. Of course all though I had tried, I had not been successful at losing weight and keeping it off in the past, so I just gave up and decided that I was destined to be fat for the rest of my life. In October 2004, dh and I had our dream wedding ceremony on the beach on Maui and when I saw the video, I cried because I couldn't believe how terrible I looked. Well, I turned 33 in February 05 and decided it was time to do something about my health. I bought myself an exercise bike just to get some exercise in-I couldn't do much walking because of an ankle problem and a heel spur. I had seen the informercial for the 6WBMO many times over the course of at least a year and thought it was too good to be true. The morning of March 27, 2005 I saw the informercial again and really listened to what was being said and it made sense! I decided to check out the website and started reading about the program and reading through the chat forums and saw all the support there and the success REAL people were having on the program and decided to order it. Let me tell you, this is the BEST decision I have ever made for my health! The pain in my foot is now completely gone, I can actually wear heels now and my bone spur doen't bother me at all anymore. My blood pressure is normal for the first time in a long time. This program has taught me how to eat for ME and I am healthy and active and I actually look forward to exercising everyday! This program has become part of my daily routine and I can NEVER see myself
